Learning Agreements

Over the past 18 months all 5 Brigades have signed a Learning Agreement and have completed a Learning Needs Analysis. This has only been achieved by the hard work and commitment of the Local ULR's raising the awareness and engaging with their management teams to push the agenda forward. We have established learning forums in each Brigade and are working towards developing programs that assit all staff within the individual FRS's
